Together with Sensor Instruments, we can offer sensors for, among other things, inspection of materials such as color and gloss, separately or simultaneously. Measurement of distance, position, and dimension with very high precision. The laser sensors in the L-LAS series have a resolution down to 1µm, and the same sensor can perform measurements of position sideways, centering, or diameter measurement. Many of the sensors have advanced setting options and are programmed via accompanying software for PC.

Double sheet control of stamped parts in the automotive industry
The laser sensor L-LAS-RL-20-W is used to ensure that the picking robot only picks up one item at a time.
Dynamic diameter measurement of wire with high precision
Lasergauge sensor L-LAS-TB-F-8X1-40/40 with 1 µm resolution. Measures width, centering, position from right or left side. Programmable via PC with included software.
Diameter measurement and position control of glass rods
The laser sensor L-LAS-TB-100-CL is used to measure the diameter and position of glass rods (raw material for optical fibers). Typical diameters of glass rods range from 20 mm to 90 mm.
Angular measurement and direction control at high speed
The 2nd laser sensor A-LAS-F12-0.2x0.5-10/50 is used to measure the angular position and rotational direction of a toothed metal wheel.
