Thermistor automation / PTC
The thermistor control THM1-2-EB is used together with one or two PTC sensors.
In stagnant air, the sensor slowly heats up and becomes high-impedance. When the sensor comes into contact with the liquid, the resistance decreases, triggering the output. The sensing element quickly changes resistance when cooling in the liquid, and the principle is based on the fact that oil at +50°C cools better than stagnant air at -25°C.
Universal applications for most liquids. High-level alarm, low-level alarm, or start-stop with built-in self-holding circuit.
