RECHNER Industrial Electronics GmbH
are specialists in capacitive sensors and have been developing and manufacturing the sensors in Germany since 1965. HEMOMATIK and Rechner have been collaborating since 1973.
Their unique High Performance technology provides the sensors with greater adjustment flexibility, longer sensing distances, and less hysteresis, making them less sensitive to remaining dirt and material buildup.
As Rechner has chosen to specialize in capacitive sensors, they have obtained a leading role in the industry in terms of quality and reliable function. Their range is extensive and includes, among other things:
Special valves entirely in PTFE or PEEK for aggressive applications. For example, series 26 entirely in Teflon with a rounded front for better drainage (KAS-80-26). Suitable for CIP cleaning. Also available with tri-clamp mounting.
For the food industry, there are EHEDG-certified sensors that also meet ATEX requirements. For example, the KS-800 series. These sensors are able to detect difficult and sticky liquids such as ketchup, mayonnaise, or foamy beer. They are suitable for CIP cleaning.
Regarding ATEX, Rechner has a wide range of capacitive (KAS) and inductive (IAS) sensors as well as Namur sensors (KAS-40) for gas and dust applications.
Transmitter for high temperatures, up to 250°C, for applications such as hot melt adhesive or oil where the transmitters can continue to operate even though a lot of material has built up on the outside of the transmitter. Series KFS, KFA, KFX, KFI.
