Guarantee/Complaints
As returns and warranty claims for technical products are very difficult to assess, we need to rely on our customers for help. We require a detailed description of the issue and information about the application and how the product is being used. We see a complaint as an opportunity for mutual improvement and product development.
Please call us to receive a return number and provide a description of the error so that we can solve the problem together.
Items can only be returned if they are cleaned and there is no risk to health or the environment during handling.
The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Otherwise, general delivery terms according to IML 2009 apply.
Returns where we are not responsible for the error will be subject to a return deduction of 30% (or 500 SEK) to cover testing and handling costs. Incorrectly ordered goods that are not in new condition and in their original packaging cannot be returned for credit. The same applies to specially ordered and custom-made products that are not stocked.
Items with a value below 250 SEK will not be returned unless technical improvements can be made, or issues in the customer's application can be identified. Otherwise, shipping, handling, and testing costs make it more expensive for all parties involved.
