Purchase and delivery terms

We only sell to business customers (B2B).
To become a customer , you must be a legal entity or a sole trader (sole proprietorship with registered business activities) and have a corporate registration number. Payment terms: 30 days net from the invoice date or payment in advance. We conduct credit checks to approve invoice customers with 30 days net.

Minimum order 500 SEK: Orders below the minimum order amount of 500 SEK excluding VAT will be invoiced up to this amount.

Delivery terms: DAP - Delivered at place Hemomatik is responsible for transport and insurance to the designated place of destination. The risk transfers to the buyer after the goods have been handed over at the designated place of destination. Any claims for damages should be made by the recipient directly to the carrier.

EXW - Ex Works Customer pays for shipping and insurance.The risk transfers to the buyer upon goods are made available at our warehouse. Hemomatik is not responsible for loss and transportation damages. Damage claims are to be made by the recipient directly to the carrier.

Shipment: PostNord Parcel 16:00, Schenker Parcel or as agreed.

Prices/discounts: The prices provided by us are excluding shipping cost and VAT. Most products have automatic quantity discounts, 10% at 10 pieces and 15% at 20 pieces. For some custom-made products, the discounts are 10% at 3 pieces and 15% at 10 pieces. Exceptions apply to a small number of discontinued models or customer-specific sensors that are always calculated net.

We reserve the right to change prices and information without prior notice. Otherwise, general terms and conditions according to IML 2009 apply.
